💰 I Turned a $14K Amazon Payout into Millions — And How You Can Too
$14,178…
That was one of my first two-week payouts from Amazon, straight into my bank account.
And trust me, it quickly shot WAY beyond that!
A few short years later, I sold my Amazon brands for millions, and life was completely different.
But it wasn’t always that easy.
At the start, I struggled with the biggest question:
What should I even sell?
I was scared of making the wrong choice, and I definitely didn’t want to be stuck with a garage full of products no one wanted.
I thought I had it figured out.
“I’ll just sell what I like.”
WRONG.
No one cares what I like.
So, I flipped it around and came up with a strategy that helped me scale to millions.
Here’s what worked:
Sell products people WANT, NEED, and are already BUYING, but improve them so they love it even more.
A simple tweak that adds more value can lead to dominating the market and making serious money.
After selling my brands, I built Ritz Momentum to help sellers find these golden opportunities and create wealth and freedom.

🚨 Major Amazon Updates: Handling & Transit Time Changes for 2024 🚨
Heads up!
Amazon is rolling out significant updates starting October 25, 2024, that could affect your FBM shipments.
Here’s a breakdown:
🔵 Transit Time Change:
Shipping time for U.S. orders is getting tighter, dropping from 28 days to 20 days. Your current settings will automatically shift from 14-28 days to 14-20 days.
🔵 Handling Time Automation:
Amazon will now adjust your handling times based on how well you perform. You can still override it manually, but don’t count on that for OTDR protection on certain SKUs.
📅 90% OTDR Rule:
To keep your listings live, you’ll need to hit that 90% On-Time Delivery Rate starting September 25, 2024.
Stay ahead of the game, tweak your strategy, and make sure you’re compliant!

✨ 3 Simple Prompts to Create Product Design Using AI
When it comes to product design, there are two approaches: lazy and in-depth.
Let’s go over the lazy one:
First Prompt:
Take a picture of your competitor's product, upload it to GPT-4, and ask: “Re-create a better design of the product [name of the product] than my competitor.”
And voilà, you'll get a result!
Second Prompt:
Upload the same picture and ask GPT how it would recommend improving the design. Then, ask it to create a visual of the upgraded product.
Third Prompt:
From the visual design of your competitor’s product, infer its likely functionality.
Are there any elements in the image that could be improved for better user experience, such as adding compartments, making it more ergonomic, or improving portability?
What innovative features can you add to differentiate your product based on the visual clues from the image?
Then, ask it to create a visual of the upgraded product.
💪 Your goal is simple: get as good as or better than your competitor.
Here's an example we created using the exact same approach and a poll we ran with ProductPinion (see the results against the competitor below).
(Need free credits to test your ideas/designs? Just reply to this email, and I’ll hook you up!)
I ran a poll comparing our product to one of the competitors I want to surpass, and on the first try, we matched their results.
I also highlighted that our product has fewer reviews but the same star rating, which proves that buyers are choosing products based on features, not just reviews.
