💰⚰️ Niche that will never expire

Back in 2009, my uncle offered me a partnership. He was importing caskets from Poland. I thought it was a stupid business, and I really didn’t want to do it, especially since I was also recovering from my best friend’s death and my first husband had passed away.

I just passed on this idea. His other business was about portable toilets. I tried that one, but it’s a different story.

Can you prevent death? No! Have you had to pay for the funeral of a dear person in your life who died? I bet at least 50% of my readers have.

Was it expensive?

Did you try to save?

Did you try to make the best you could as an appreciation to this person? Even though this person is not here anymore. Yes, you do. And you don’t really think much because you are emotional.

This is how businesses based on death are making billions. Some are more ethical than others.

One of the products I found when I was going through the reports of my team for our clients:

An urn… not just any urn… a PURPLE URN!

And do you know how huge this opportunity is? The conversion of these products is so low, people can’t find one and say: THAT’s the one I was looking for.

And Amazon recognizes just one or two products in this niche.

Look at this product below and see how with just 104 reviews, someone from France is making over $20K per month!

Now imagine you have 10 products like this one

📅 Pros and Cons to participate in Prime Day

My opinion is very subjective and it’s not a panacea. I do not recommend you follow my principles and copy my approach unless you understand the nature of your product and feel that it will fit you.

I don’t enroll my products in Prime Deals because I will only lose profit.

  • My products are on page one.

  • We have a nice TACoS.

  • We don’t win anything by making our price lower.

However, when my product is in the launch stage, I would go after as many sales as humanly possible to reach a bare minimum of reviews and get higher indexing across my keywords.

In some niches, unless you are enrolled in the program and crushing sales during Prime Week, your competitors will kick you out.

If you didn’t enroll your product in Prime Day Deals, don’t worry about it. You can do it manually in the Deals section—Prime Exclusive Discounts and get your blue Prime Day Deal icon.

Just make sure you are following those instructions:

This MindMap is interactive and ready for you to utilize.

10 out of 11 times, people feel stuck about where to start their product research. In just a 7-minute video, I’m covering your first two steps that will help you make the first steps.

And we followed exactly the same approach as we do with product development. We asked the opinion of the audience.

📢 There may be more ways to make money from your listing that's not tied to your product at all

It might be pretty fascinating.

💸 How to be confident that people will pay for your product at $89 vs. your competitor at $33

Here is the skinny.

When you are hungry and you have the option to eat a hot dog or a healthy protein bowl, knowing that you will feel full in both instances, your food satisfaction and the third and fourth-order effects will be different.

However, there are some products that perfectly solve the buyer’s problem and don’t make any difference emotionally.

When you are creating a product that is quality-based, functionality-based, or emotion-based, people will pay you more.

If your product is not solving any additional problem, there are no grounds for raising the cost.

How to find an answer?

Create a list of improvements and ask your audience if they are willing to pay your product's asking price or if they would go after a cheaper competitor.

Create a product that is better than your competitor's and test it, asking the question: if you were shopping for _____, which one would you rather buy features/design-wise and price-wise? And see what happens.

🤖 ChatGPT4.o. OpenAI's new 'emotive' GPT-4o - what to be aware of?

First of all, it’s just mind-blowing. It’s an interactive chat in real-time.

I prepared a couple of links for you to get a better perspective on what opportunities you can expect.

But keep in mind, ChatGPT4.o is dated May 2023. Which means if you are asking some questions that should be up to date, use Perplexity.

Other than that - it’s just mind-blowing.

I will be playing with it for product development and let you know our insights.

🇲🇽 Amazon is recruiting people to sell in MX

I had a conversation the other day with Amazon, and they asked me, "You made a lot of $$$ on Amazon.com, and just $347 using Amazon NARF in MX."

Amazon helps you obtain a tax ID to use the In Country program, which is similar to Amazon FBA, and they give you 50% OFF to attract sellers to MX.

Some of the products are restricted to sell using NARF, but they are happy to let us sell from there. On top of that, Amazon gives you a dedicated manager for free, no matter the size of your account.
