We’re back from Hawaii, and there’s this conversation from a ramen joint that’s stuck in my head.

Our waiter was straight out of a movie—charming, smart, ripped, with that sun-kissed glow. He was a hard worker, dedicated to nailing his job. And his age was a mystery. He could’ve been anywhere from 16 to 28. He is Native American, these people can look young forever.

I love chatting with young people, getting a feel for their dreams and ambitions. With kids of my own, I’m especially curious about what’s on the horizon for their generation.

His name is …. Chainsaw… ⛓️‍💥🪚 and he’s 26.

I asked him if he ever traveled off the island, and what his plans are.

His response hit me: “My dad said I won’t make it.” He believes it, too. Born and raised in Hawaii, no one in his generation has ever left Kauai.

It got me thinking—our perspectives shape our lives. The way we raise our kids, the beliefs we instill—it all matters.

When my uncle recently told me, “You had just a few chances, and you used all of them,” I took it to heart.

Don’t settle for beliefs that lead nowhere. Life’s too short to let opportunities slip by. When you’re in your 70s, you want a treasure trove of stories to look back on.

And one more thing to remember: our thoughts? They’re not real.

The philosophy behind WHY this particular one “Tea party set for little girls” is being purchased.

The seller created an all-in-one product that matches the “wants” of the customer avatar.

The seller redesigned one of the most favorable cartoons without violating the license. In this case, it will be very hard to file a claim, even if it’s close enough.

Because of this approach, they could list it higher and sell more than their other listings with simpler designs.

Their listing still can be improved by A LOT.

People love cherry blossoms. There is no doubt that people are paying thousands of dollars to look at the blossom for just a couple of hours.

There are plenty of paintings, decors, and artificial trees. Those are pretty bad quality, I’d say horrible. Dog shit quality.

To make this product better, you may use an approach similar to Christmas tree manufacturing.

🔧 Work on the quality of the materials, assembling, and additional accessories

🌸 Add a pleasant smell

🎶 Maybe include some digital bonuses with music

It will take time to work with a manufacturer, but it’s worth it.

This product has almost a million searches per year.

Super low conversion rate. As a reminder, the lower the conversion, the lower the market satisfaction with the product, which means you have an opportunity to do better.

This seller is selling absolute dog shit with a super shitty listing. Do you think you cannot do better than this one?
