🤯 Don’t pay stupid fines because of lacking sales tax reports
There is a pretty bad headache when it comes to filing taxes, especially if you are not using QBO or TaxJar.
When you sell on Amazon, you should file sales taxes and reports in the states where you have nexus.
Keep in mind, you are not paying those, Amazon is collecting taxes on your behalf and paying them because of a ruling in 2018 that obligated Amazon to do that.
However, it’s not removing responsibilities from you to file the reports.
You can automatically API your Amazon store to TaxJar (unfortunately, I don’t have a code to use it cheaper) and this software will do it for you automatically, so you will remove your headache.
When it comes to filing taxes as an Amazon seller, you should have a prior consultation with a qualified accountant.
I can recommend one that we use for our clients a lot.
She speaks several languages: English and Russian included.

She can also help with opening Amazon accounts for those who don’t live in the US or need a second one and want to open it TOS compliant.

We got three totally unique ideas from just one prompt!
These AIs are trained by humans, so a data-driven approach and knowing your customer avatar is ALWAYS crucial.
