πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» My Son's (Dillan) School Hack Adventure

🏑 AI is the newest resident in our home, and my tech-savvy son was eager to show off his skills! πŸ’»πŸ€–

Little did I know his "show and tell" at school would involve hacking into his friends' accounts right there in the schoolyard! πŸ«πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™‚οΈ

You can imagine my heart dropping when I got that dreaded call from the principal's office. πŸ“žπŸ˜°

Thankfully, instead of punishing him, the principal used it as a teaching moment on cybersecurity ethics. πŸ™ A narrowly avoided crisis turned into a valuable lesson learned! πŸ”πŸ’‘

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ‘¦ Kids and AI - a double-edged sword. Championing hands-on learning πŸ‘ But cybersecurity is serious 🚫 Teach AI ethics + boundaries early for a safe digital future. πŸ”’πŸŒ

πŸš€ Outshine in the 'Me Too' Market

"Me too" products are the ones raking in the most cash πŸ’° when someone pioneers the space, effectively sidelining anyone else who thinks they can clinch the win too. Most of these latecomers don't bother with differentiation; they slap a label on the box and call it a day. πŸ“¦

Ever heard of Villeroy & Boch? They've made billions off their dishes and coffee mugs πŸ‘Œ by making them cool. And guess what? You can too.

Let's talk about a plain white mug, for instance. Several brands have dominated the market simply by designing mugs for those who want to feel a part of something that enhances their life quality, makes their coffee taste better, and still sells at an affordable price.

β˜• The biggest investment? The mold. And when we're talking ceramics, that's usually not a deal-breaker. πŸ€‘

In the image below, you'll see the poll results from after I crafted designs using ChatGPT, all inspired by the consumer avatar and insights that I'll show you in the next section.

The plain mug on the left?

It's one of the top sellers on Amazon. The other two were created with ChatGPT and Copilot. Reply to this email if you want to learn more about it.

πŸ” Quick Pain Point Discovery Without Reviews

πŸ“ˆ When you found a product and validated the numbers now you have a question - how to make this product work and how to find THIS THING that people want to improve and ready to pay for.

πŸ’° Reviews is your #1 key to success. But how many of them you can read till you will start going crazy and stop seeing? πŸ’―

100-200?

What if you have 4 main competitors with different designs and each of them have at least 100 bad reviews that can tell you a lot about the product?

πŸ•΅οΈβ€β™€οΈ You use summary. You can use one on Amazon product page and another one inside of the seller central. 🌟

Don't forget to submit your hot seat to review your product idea!

πŸ›£οΈ 3-Step Product Development Roadmap

Feeling stuck on mapping out your product launch?

Forget long tutorials on mind mapping; you're already equipped to tackle this. Here's a quick example:

  1. πŸ“¦ After Identify your product.

  2. πŸ’° Define its Amazon market price.

  3. πŸ’Έ Work out your margin and supplier costs.

  4. πŸ—£οΈ Chat with the supplier.

  5. πŸ“ Order a sample and πŸ” inspect it.

  6. 🚚 Make sure the sample is shipped.

  7. πŸ“¦ Place your bulk order.

  8. πŸ’΅ Ensure it fits your PPC campaign and budget.

Finally, hand this info over to ChatGPT and ask it to whip up a mind map in Markdown format for you based on these insights πŸ—ΊοΈ.

Now you’ll see this:

Here is the mindmap youl'll get, and it is interactive when you are using it on your computer

πŸ€– Design Innovation with ChatGPT

Here are several steps on how you can create products with ChatGPT.

I'll demonstrate using a very simple example.

Step number one: I ask ChatGPT to create a funny pillow (When creating your product, you're supposed to be more specific. Of course, I'm using a simple example just to show you a step-by-step instruction)

Step number two:

I'm highlighting the area that I want to change in this cat, and I'm asking to put a crown on top of the cat.

Step three

With the crown now on the cat, I can continue to modify it by highlighting areas and adding new features with ChatGPT. I'll repeat this process until I finalize the product I want to sell or reach a design that fully satisfies me to proceed.

Of course,

I decided to play more with it added red lipstickπŸ’„:-)
